2. I am a new customer, how do I purchase on this website? How do I login?

a) Go to our Home Page,
b) Select the cassette/CD/VCD you plan to purchase, click ADD TO CART on each item.
c) At the Shopping Cart you may review your order, make changes, if necessary, and click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT,
d) You must click on Register, and complete the NEW CUSOMER ACCOUNT SETUP

How secure is my personal information?

We save only your name and address. We do not save your credit card information. We process credit card payments through PayPal. If you do not want to have a PayPal account you can opt to pay using your credit card without a PayPal account. In this case your information does not get stored anywhere else. We do not have access to your cerdit card informations, and please do not email your credit card details to us.

Do I have to open an account to pay using PayPal?

No. You do not need an account to pay using PayPal. On the payment screen you will see 2 options. Once is to pay using your credit card without a PayPal account. Second is to pay using your PayPal account.

How to order multiple items?

In our webstore, select the first item you wish to purchase by clicking on its "Add to Cart" link. You will be directed to the shopping cart page. You will see your selected item listed on this page. Click on the "Continue Shopping" button to return to our webstore. You can continue to browse through the various sections of our webstore.
Select the 2nd item you wish to purchase by clicking on its "BUY IT" link. You will be directed to the shopping cart page again. You will see your 2nd item listed on this page. Repeat the process until you have selected all the items you need.

How to change the order quantities of my selected items?

You can change the quantities at the shopping cart page. Simply change the values in the quantity boxes located next to the selected items. Once you have made the changes, click on "Update" button to refresh for the final order list and total payable price.

Can I enter different addresses for shipping and billing?

Yes, you can. Just after you have selected the items and click on "Checkout" you will be requested to enter your billing/shipping address. By default, your billing address which you have entered earlier will stay in the shipping address boxes. No problem, just clear the contents, and key in your actual shipping address.
